Yoga on Main is so much more than a yoga studio. It is a healthy, holistic space where like-minded people come together to experience a healthier lifestyle. There is a strong connection between lifestyle habits and the way you feel, look, and interact with others and the world. Every month we offer free workshops on healthy lifestyle ranging from nutrition, digestion, stress, exercise and sleep, to cooking demonstrations and tasting experiences. Throughout the year, Alison leads groups through an 11-week group coaching experience called Healthy Habits that will help you fine-tune your lifestyle and improve your overall wellness. Each year, a healthy living retreat is offered to members and practitioners of Yoga on Main that will help you relax, unwind, and unravel the knots and tension that arise throughout the year, and provide you an opportunity to learn more about living a healthy lifestyle.
