Our location has been a thriving yoga studio for many years, changing ownership in 2018 to become Yoga on Main. The studio is here for you, your home for yoga, fitness, and health. We offer 85+ yoga classes every month ranging from early morning hot vinyasa to evening classes that will gently guide you to a restful sleep, with plenty of safe, alignment-based, thoughtful instruction and classes throughout the day. You may choose to attend classes in a hot environment, typically between 100-105 degrees, to warm classes ranging from 75-85 degrees. In addition to vinyasa yoga, you might explore a more intense class like BUTI yoga which fuses primal movement, tribal dance and deep core engagement or our HIIT vinyasa which combines high intensity interval training and yoga for a powerful fitness experience. If you are an athlete, you might like Yoga for Athletes, a whole-body practice designed to help you breathe better, recover faster, and sooth your body. Finally, if a class environment is not right for you, ask about our private yoga classes and personal training options which are tailored to your body goals. Whatever you choose, you won’t be disappointed.
